Great service and food a must have if your driving through southwest Kansas and want great grilled chicken flour tacos I'm told they have the best steak in kansas I just can't eat red meats so I'm thankful they have food I can eat on a diet. I also hear people say how much the cost is for a steak but for what you get at medranos is way cheaper and better than anywhere else in southwest kansas even the grocery stores charge more for steak uncooked so can't blame a restaurant for raising prices because they are forced to or close the doors and it's the only place for us people in western ks to have a meal out or drive 40 miles to dodge city 1 way for more expensive steaks and so if you a penny pincher good luck finding this great of steak anywhere else.

The best steak I have had in a long time! I highly recommend. They serve either rib eyes or filet. I had filet and my husband had the rib eye so you can’t go wrong!

When popping over to Mexico for no particular reason, Fowler folks will know! It's never been about the Fowler community. Shutting down a restaurant without considering customers shows you're in the wrong business.
Great food and great service! So glad they have reopened. Both Mexican and American options. Friendly and local.

Taco Tuesday was good with many different menu options. friendly customer service, clean and reasonable prices. white queso is the better option between the.
Lovely little cafe. Surprisingly quick service for a breakfast spot.
Don't judge a book by its cover. This cafe is very welcoming to families. The tacos estada was excellent and the shrimp fajitas had just the right balance of shrimp to vegetables. It was made perfectly.
Service was good, food was very good, price was pretty reasonable. If you're in the Fowler area I would recommend this restaurant.
Wide variety of foods to choose from. Mexican was good and priced reasonably.
