What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The drive thru is very slow. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window. Only one window was open. Why do you have two windows, but take one. The car before me had to wait five minutes. I might just go to Benson or Smithfield you own. I don't want to, but maybe. It's not the first time this happened. This is the first time I complain. View all feedback.
I ordered the McDonald's meal and specifically requested two extra barbecue sauce cups. However, when I got home, there was no sauce at all inside the box. Additionally, the fries were cold and hard.
Overall, I consistently receive excellent service at this restaurant, along with delicious, piping hot fries and freshly made-to-order food.
Fries tasted a couple minutes too old. Big Mac and McChicken were prepared well.
Good for breakfast samdwiches, I dont eat lunch or dinner there.
I’m impressed! I’m not a “fast food” fan but my First time today in this location after the remodeling Felt like the first time I’d ever been in Macdonald’s I left a poor review after my last visit 8 months ago and hadn’t gone back. Now! WOW!!! The store looks great! Very COVID safe. No contact payment, plexiglass barriers in front of the registrar, desert display on counter, very high tech now. Staff was super friendly and fast. The new chicken sandwich was GREAT! I know, I feel silly going on and on about a company that’s been around forever but this was unexpected. It was really that nice. These people deserve all the praise for what they’ve done. Going back tomorrow to try something else. Great job people. You’ve brought new life to a old tired, worn out store. I’m not easily impressed by anything but, WOW!!!
