This is my favorite BBQ restaurant near the Garner area. As soon as you sit down, they have a pitcher of sweet tea waiting for you on the table. This is the kind of special treatment you can expect at this place. View all feedback.

We arrived there at 7:30 and they refused to serve our party saying they closed at 8. All tables were full of uneaten food and had not been bussed. Has a long history of great BBQ, but I'll never be back. Thankful for other dinning options. View all feedback.
Have the pork! Hush puppies a worthwhile effort, too.

Stopped here on the way to the beach and really enjoyed it! I think the standout here is the meat. No sauce offered and it doesn’t need it! The Eastern style bbq pork had a ton of flavor. You can taste a bit of the smoke flavor from the pit, as well as the kick from the chile flakes, and tang from the vinegar. It is a bit more salty than other places I’ve tried but I think that’s because you’re not adding any sauce to it, and for me it was perfect. Sides were all solid as well. The atmosphere is old school and the building kind of looks like a barn from the outside.
This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly servers who greet guests with bright smiles. It is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for those with disabilities to enjoy a meal here.
This local barbecue restaurant is the absolute best! The food is incredibly delicious. Even though I've moved away, I make the effort to travel a long distance just to get a taste of their amazing barbecue because I haven't been able to find anything as good nearby. I've also sampled all of their sides and they are just as tasty. I simply can't get enough of this place!
