What Kaden H doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I usually go to many chipotles across Orange County. I visited this chipotle and shocked by the service I received. I always eat at chipotle all the time so I'm familiar with the amount the rice the average restaurant gives. Get the salad with 2 dressings white rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. It slaps EVERY time and is under $10. It's a pretty clean restaurant and service is pretty good. I'm always pleased coming here

I was am shocked at the amount of rice the lady scooped and it was barely even covering the bottom. I could see the bottom of the bowl. She snapped back at us in a rude manner with inappropriate facial expressions. Even when I offered to pay more for extra scoops of rice she snapped back and completely refused to even give me more rice I was willing to pay for even when the restaurant is an hour from closing with a new full tub of rice. I am not returning to this chipotle.
We arrived here with no line, so we walked right up to the start of where you order. The girl working looked annoyed and was frantically looking at an order receipt, walking back and forth, passing us literally about six times total. Not a single acknowledgement or that she'll be right with us. I obviously don't expect top tier greetings at a fast food restaurant, but if you're going to walk by us multiple times, at least say something and let us know you're not ignoring us. At that point, I knew right away she straight up was ignoring us. When she finally took my order, she didn't even make eye contact, which wasn't surprising by then.I ordered my usual veggie bowl, and when I asked for fajitas, she said they're all out. So then I asked for all the rest of the ingredients. As I made my way down, I noticed there was no cheese, guacamole, or lettuce. I asked about it to which she then replies that they're out of a lot of stuff because they hosted some fundraising event.... So you just didn't bother telling me this right before I ordered??? Annoyed, I looked at my husband and told him to not start his order because they're out of literally a lot of the main things. Did they expect me to just eat a big old bowl of sides and sauces?? That being said, I felt bad at first, but I canceled my order and went to another Chipotle down the street (much better experience).I completely understand that they hosted an event and that sometimes the reality is that you run out of ingredients. I have nothing to complain about with that. My problem is when you have an incompetent employee with bad attitude and can't have the courtesy to inform PAYING customers about their current situation.
When you ask for the fresh chicken they just cut up and the guy working there puts the old chicken on top of the new and gives it to you and just looks at you like nothing happened. Spend 25 bucks for cold chicken. Y’all are messed up for that.
