I ended up discarding over 100 pounds of steak and brisket because it was inedible. The flavor was terrible; I've tried six different steaks and a brisket, and all of them had a very gamey taste. I reached out to him for assistance but received no response. This was not the experience I was looking for, and I spent a lot of money on subpar beef.
