Snappy Tomato Pizza - Falmouth

The pizza was absolutely terrible! It was greasy, cold, and undercooked. I will never order from this place again! Honestly, my 6-year-old son could make a better pizza than they can!

I’m really frustrated because when I called for assistance, the response I received was rude and unhelpful. Even when I asked them to bring my food back, they refused. While I am getting a refund, that doesn’t alleviate my frustration! I remained calm during the call and expressed my disappointment, but I was met with attitude again. I won’t be returning. I live just a few seconds away from the store and was already feeling unwell; their service today was a huge disappointment.

A huge shoutout to Lexie and her team! They handled a continuous stream of orders and worked hard to ensure that everyone received their food in a timely manner.

Ordered The Beast pizza. Tastes good but I didn't care for the sauce that much. It tasted like canned tomato sauce. The crust, cheese and toppings were great.I had excellent service. They were quick and seemed very friendly. I picked up the pizza and it was ready to go just as I arrived. Inside the store was small and had two seats for waiting. The room where they worked seemed way too large and empty. It felt like they could have shortened the work area and possibly made a bigger area to sit down at.
