They gave me cookies and cream custard... read more I wanted to try a new place instead of Cane's, and pick somewhere closer to home, but it turned out to be a big mistake. They gave me cookies and cream custard instead of the chocolate I ordered, which was clearly noted on my receipt. They also forgot the extra sauces I paid for and left out my coleslaw. To make things worse, the chicken tasted like it wasn't fully cooked. I went through the drive-thru three separate times trying to get everything I was supposed to receive, and now I'm not sure if I even want to return. Cane's might be the better option; at least they don't mess things up. I was really hoping to try something new for the family, but this was by far the worst fast food experience I've had in years.
