Despite the restaurant being only half full, the hostess rudely seated us at a high bar table located between a service station and the kitchen door. After requesting a different table from another staff member, we were eventually moved to a regular table. The waitstaff seemed either overwhelmed or poorly trained, resulting in slow service and mistakes with our orders. Additionally, the music was excessively loud. The BBQ brisket tasted overly smoked and tough, as if it had been pounded with a mallet. The only positive aspect of our experience was the delicious onion rings offered at the restaurant.
