Lively atmosphere and prompt service. Great outdoor space including outdoor bar seating. Outdoor heaters active to help cut through and chilly air. Unique recipes and flavors make this a fun food and drink sharing spot for those looking for culinaryexploration. Good Ribs, Chicken sandwich and meatloaf. Queso has great sweet pickled peppers and onions that we got on the side, and asked for more of as we fought over them.
I’ve been to another MASH’D location (Frisco) but it has been several years and I live in Fort Worth now, so I decided to give this location a try. I was honestly impressed by how quickly we got a table and had drinks from the bar. Our server wasvery fast and attentive, which was refreshing compared to other restaurants we’ve been to lately. Drinks were strong and wehappened to be there during happy hour, so all the mixed drinks were half off. We ordered the chicken fried pepperoni, chickensandwich, and a BBQ rib sandwich. All 3 items were really good, but the fries that came on the side were not good and weresoaked in oil, hence the 1 star deduction. The chicken batter has a really good pepper flavor and it’s very crunchy, I likedit a lot. The BBQ rib sandwich was also really good and had a nice smokey flavor to it. Will definitely be back here for happyhour and snacks.
The food was FANTASTIC. A bit pricey but well worth it. I ordered the rebellious burger with the fried egg and it was to die for. The burger was cooked perfectly as was my husbands. Our server Andrew was busy and I think forgot about us. The drink Iordered was well made but came with no lime (margarita) and it wasn 't full because this isn 't the right glass for this drink .My husband ordered the bootleg and it just came half full in a plastic cup with no garnish and it was terrible. The place waspretty busy but I was kinda blindsided when we got there and looked for parking and found out you have to pay. Not a dealbreaker for me but I don 't remember seeing that mentioned anywhere. It was pretty loud and I think geared for a more college orpre family age type crowd. I don 't knock points for that because I don 't think that it 's fair to do that. Just be prepared fornoise if you 're looking for a quieter place.
Excellent cocktails and tasty food. Devil's Limo was deliciously tart, with icy lemon and strong moonshine. The baby back ribs sandwich was juicy with a great spice kick. Child friendly, kids enjoyed chicken tenders and French toast.
This place was cool. Mash'd had a pretty small menus, but it seems like they shoot for unique and high quality options. The deep fried pepperoni, and pizza was good. The gravy sauce was really good. I had the seafood volcano. I love seafood, it had crab andshrimp and the base taste was sweet, but didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. It wasn't bad, but probably wouldn't getit again. The biggest negative was how long it took to be waited on. Once our waitress got there she was great, but with it notbeing overly busy, it took a while to see her at first. Definitely would go back.
