The staff mentioned it had been down for weeks,... read more We visited this restaurant three times on different days, and each time the ice cream machine was out of order. The staff mentioned it had been down for weeks, even in August. Frustrated, we ended up going to Burger Box in Kennedale for a root beer float and a meal. I usually go there for the fish, but you really need to get that ice cream machine fixed. After all, you're an A&W restaurant! You can definitely do better!

The second time I... read more This is the third time I came here. The first time I came here they weren’t open at the right time. I came at 11 AM and they still are closed. The second time I came here the food the fries were fresh the burger with old the meat taste like cardboard. Not a very good sign. But my friend had a really good fish. The third time I came here. It says online they open at 10 AM. Once again they’re not open. The gentleman told me they didn’t open till 1030. So what is it. This place is bad customer service horrible food. Not a very good experience at all I would not recommend this place
