Taco Bell - Fort Wayne

I brought my son to taco bell to lunch on his birthday. They didn't let us eat inside because they were just short workers, so we saw our food home, but we're not too far away. I pulled out my first part of the rinderquesidilla. no bark. the second section pulled out, no meat yet. the advantage of the doubt I gave that everything was slipped on a side, but when I opened it, it didn't look like sharing the whole space. I tried to eat my crispy taco and it was soggy and fell into my hands. super disappointed. eating my cream was not very good either. he had a crispy "wrap who was not crispy and crispy tacos that were not crispy, including the 2 doritos locos. ah. I must do better for his birthday dinner.

Did a drive though order on Saturday evening 2 -29- 2022 and it was the worst food ever.....A table spoon of burger and the same amount of cheese and lettuce in each taco. Shells were broken and no sauce in the bag we ask for. The only thing nice about this is we live in Fort Wayne,IN and there are many places to eat... I never be back to that location.The

Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever.Slow and the food is NEVER right. I've been here about a dozen times and they have not gotten my order right once. Go to ANY other Taco Bell. This one is terrible.

My experience at this restaurant was the worst ever! The food had to be remade multiple times and still came out wrong. I waited 45 minutes for my order, then drove back through the drive-thru to ask for a refund. I waited an additional 15 minutes, only to be told by the cashier that the manager didn't have the credentials to refund my money or make my food correctly. To make matters worse, I saw the staff playing catch and laughing while I waited for the manager. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone was unprofessional. I decided to just keep the $20.00 and avoid a potential stomach ache from the food. I wish there was an option to give negative stars. On the bright side, I have had better experiences at the Lima Road location, which is closer to my home. Thank you Lima Road location for never disappointing me!

I believe we all know all about Taco Bell. Love it or hate it. This particular Taco Bell makes fewer mistakes than any other one I frequent. Don't be discouraged if the drive thru line is long. It usually moves fairly quick.
