This particular restaurant receives negative reviews, but in my experience, other locations are just as bad or even worse. The New Haven location in Allen County is the worst I've been to. Instead of criticizing the Coliseum location, appreciate that they are doing their best. It's fast food, so perfection shouldn't be expected. If you want a perfect meal, cook at home like an adult! Half of my order was missing and our 5 layer burritos only had 3 tortillas. We called to have our order fixed, but when we arrived they said they were closed 4 hours early and refused to make it right. Then they started yelling racial slurs at us through the loudspeaker. This place should be shut down, and the employees should all lose their jobs. I will never go back there. View all feedback.
