The... read more Proximo is top notch all the way around. We enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits and Risotto with Halibut. Both dishes were phenomenal and loaded with such flavor. The service was also great and knowledgeable. For appetizer we had grilled leeks with chorizo andromesco sauce, another winner. We will definitely be back again. Make your reservations as soon as you can.

We especially enjoyed the Mushroom Esbeche, and the vegan mushroom Barbacoa.The food was little pricey but was worth the quality. To top it all, drinks were really delish too!
