Che Alex is the best! It was Night of Lights so there were lots of people coming and going, but we still got excellent food and service was good.
We went there for Sunday brunch. The food and service were outstanding.
They were quite accommodating for my dietary preferences it was a 10 out of 10 experience. The white staff was amazing. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The prices were high.
I thought I would try something different for breakfast. The Crab Cake Benedict was absolutely delicious! My husband is rather picky but thoroughly enjoyed the Garbage platter. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. A great way to start the morning.
Everything was wonderful! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and the birthday girls were treated to a fabulous dessert along with a hand-signed card! So special. Our server was exceptional. We loved the mango/pineapple Sangria and had the opportunity to taste the next flavor that's coming out. I had shrimp and grits and it was wonderful with lots of big shrimp! The paella was plentiful and so so flavorful! Proximo is always great!
