Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Fort Wayne

The sandwich was fantastic. It was definitely worth the money compared to Subway. Jay made our first visit special and was very accommodating. You can tell he loves his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I enjoy visiting this place. The staff is consistently friendly and the sandwiches are consistently tasty. I recently tried a strawberry shake for the first time and it was incredibly delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fantastic meal at a reasonable price!

On December 14th, 2021, I placed an online order before leaving my office and was pleased to find my food ready and hot upon arrival. The vegetable soup and Steakhouse Beef on Wheat sandwich were both enjoyable. While I had a craving for a cheesy sandwich and soup, the sandwich satisfied that craving, but the vegetable soup fell short for me. I opted for double meat and was happy to find it generously portioned, with the Horseradish Aioli and Bleu Cheese making for a tasty combination. Adding hot peppers gave it an extra kick. Although the vegetable soup was served hot, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. I may give it another try in the future, but it wouldn't be my top choice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, earning it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars for the average soup I had that day.

Good food, cool atmosphere, the staff take care to make your meal great. The prices are good for a sandwich shop and the ingredients are of great quality. Roast beef is not super salty (can not say how many roast beefs like the food of solid salt)
