Multiple times they have allowed me to pick up orders before they open, so I can deliver donuts to my night shift team. Thankyou Jack's, the best donuts in Fort Wayne!

I didn’t catch the name of the employee who he... read more My boyfriend and I stopped by Jack's Donuts this evening (Oct 6) around 5 pm to grab a cold brew and some donuts. I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped us, but the person who made my drink and served our donuts was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure how I wanted my drink made or which donuts to choose, but they patiently guided me through the menu and helped me decide despite my indecision. When we got to the car, the first thing we said to each other was, "THIS is how a business gets return customers!" I really wish I knew their name because the experience was so wonderful, and I want to thank them for their kindness. We’ll definitely be back very soon!

She has mocked and threatened the... read more I cannot recommend this business. The manager, Jamie, needs to learn how to show respect to both customers and her employees. She has mocked and threatened the jobs of staff members who are dealing with illness, mental health issues, or allergic reactions. The donuts are overpriced and overhyped, especially considering they come from a business run by someone who is incredibly rude and unfair. I suggest purchasing donuts from elsewhere—don't support a company that mistreats people.
