What User doesn't like about Fazoli's:
Fazoli's on Convington Road is so dirty! My shoes stuck to the floor! Tables were sticky! Couldn't even use the trash cans. The food is just mediocre. Do not recommend. View all feedback.
This location it's still pulling the covid short staffed let's close the dining room and only have the drive-thru open. We are well past this and I don't have the ability to take something home that I plan on eating in the dining room. If you can't staff your location maybe it's time to close shop.
Entire staff quit and staff from another town is running it. They are not happy and you can tell. For now, I would give a wide birth , till they figure it out as I haven't gotten one order right in five times been there in last two weeks. Update: Ordered fettuccine Alfredo w chicken with meatballs. Alfredo pasta was overcooked and had barely any sauce. Further , meatballs were literally ice cold. Tried to order fried mozzarella skewers. Was told it comes with meat sauce and I would get charged for marinara or Alfredo sauce even though menu says with either of them. Not very polite.
I went through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 of the Pick 2 Special meals. #1 was double Fettuccine Alfredo. #2 was Fettuccine Alfredo and salad with ranch. I get to the nursing home to visit my friend and bring her lunch and his salad is missing! Now I 'm on the other side of town with half of his meal that he has been looking forward to and when you have someone with special needs, they don 't care why it 's missing, they just care that it IS!!
My husband and I are big fans of Fazoli's. We visited on a Friday night and were disappointed to find dirty napkins and dishes on nearly every table. Despite being short staffed, we had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. As a result, I can only give this experience 2 stars, and even that feels generous. However, our server Destiny was fantastic and did her best to make things right, apologizing profusely. Perhaps if she were in charge, things would run more smoothly.
Just waited 10 minutes for them to prepare my food. I was the only one in line, but fresh food I have no problem waiting for... except I just paid nearly $10 for chicken pesto rotini or something like that and there is NOT ONE piece of chicken. Zero! Cool $9.71 for some noodles photo- I stirred it up looking for chicken. So frustrating
