Everything is dirty tables are dirty floors are dirty table tops are so dirty I can’t eat here restrooms were even worse. Countertop is coming apart underneath the part machine water running all over the countertop from pop machine. Leaving without eating. Should be closed down until it’s cleaned up View all feedback.

I love their breadsticks and the create your pasta. The new dishes aren't my favorites.
Fazoli's on Covington Road is extremely unclean! My shoes stuck to the floor, and the tables were sticky. I couldn't even use the trash cans. When we entered, the employees were having a disagreement—one seemed unwilling to do her job and was arguing with the manager. The food was just okay. I do not recommend this place.
Food was disgusting. The meat balls had a horrible smell. We did not eat it. Noodles were hard. Bread sticks were burnt. The staff seemed like they were all on drugs. Never going here again.
