The drive-through of this place is GREAT! It is always a pleasure! The employees always are super friendly and seem to enjoy their job.. but, the inside is a completely different story: I was completely ignored and left waiting for someone, anyone, to take my simple order. We had a very rude young man at the drive thru window, usually it's top notch service from all their associates. Other than that, we go there Alot and the food is always great! View all feedback.
French fries were Luke warm, cheeseburgers were hot!! Great experience, they were very busy?
I got there at 9:50, Saturday night. Ordered a burger and fries and a sweet tea. The bun was so hard I could not eat it. The fries very hard, old and cold. I work hard for my money. Shame on you.
Great job on the remodel!! Friendly staff, building is nice and the addition was much needed!!!! Glad they’ve re-opened!
I had a great experience there. They were all friendly and washed off the tables. Got more chicken strips in my basket and lots of fries.
Recently came to purchase some yummy treats for our CNAs at Kingston for CNA week so the order was large! One of the staff members named Crystal had THE best customer service and was so sweet and organized with my order! It was MUCH appreciated :
