I sent someone t... read more Today, I placed a lunch order for my employees totaling $104 and received a confirmation email from Chipotle, along with a confirmation number. I sent someone to pick up the order at the scheduled time of 12:20. However, upon arrival, they were informed that no order had been received. Unfortunately, there was no assistance provided on-site, and when I called the customer support number, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone only to find out that the refund needed to be approved by a manager. I honestly can't see myself ordering from this company again, especially for a large group, as it risked disrupting our entire lunch schedule. I expected the customer service representative to offer something to encourage me to remain a customer, but all I received was an apology for the inconvenience.

Yes, you read that correctly—no veggies a... read more Tonight, for the fourth time in six months, the staff cheerfully prepared a veggie bowl for me—without any vegetables. Yes, you read that correctly—no veggies at all! Someone else ordered it and brought it to me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get in touch with them because they don't answer the phone in the evenings. To the front-line staff, I have a suggestion: If you are out of veggies, please let customers know before starting to prepare the dish. A veggie bowl should definitely include veggies! This situation is quite frustrating. And to the manager: I will be coming in tomorrow for my complimentary replacement meal, as I'm really disappointed at the moment.
