If I could give a 0 star review I would! The food was so salty. This location is constantly inconsistent! They need to get management that can lead a team and instruct them on an efficient process!!
I received excellent customer service today from an employee named Eric.He was professional and personable, which is a major improvement from some of my recent experiences at this Chipotle location. Thanks again Eric.
Today, I placed a lunch order for my employees totaling $104 and received a confirmation email from Chipotle, along with a confirmation number. I sent someone to pick up the order at the scheduled time of 12:20. However, upon arrival, they were informed that no order had been received. Unfortunately, there was no assistance provided on-site, and when I called the customer support number, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone only to find out that the refund needed to be approved by a manager. I honestly can't see myself ordering from this company again, especially for a large group, as it risked disrupting our entire lunch schedule. I expected the customer service representative to offer something to encourage me to remain a customer, but all I received was an apology for the inconvenience.
Tables were not clean, trash overflowing in dining room. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff at the restaurant were unhelpful and directed me to call an 800 number for support. After a 30-minute phone call, I was told that my refund needed manager approval. I don’t see myself ordering from Chipotle again, especially when trying to feed a group could potentially cause major delays during lunchtime. I expected the customer service representative to offer a solution to retain me as a customer, but all I got was an apology for the inconvenience.
