As a pregnant woman who was heavily craving their mini pretzel dogs, I am extremely disappointed. The dogs tasted like they had been sitting there for a couple of hours. Not only that, they were burnt yet doughy as heck in the middle. I could hardly eat them on my way home. It was like chewing gum...absolutely disgusting. I don't suggest this location. 3rd strike. Just cannot get a FRESH pretzel at this location. Won't be trying any more. Prices go up, quality goes down.

I've visited three times now, and they still don't have cream cheese. Have they removed it from their menu?
Whenever my daughter comes home from college, she insists on getting some cinnamon nuggets! I prefer a regular pretzel. The service is always great, and the food is consistently fresh every time we visit!
