Arby's - Fort Wayne

This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. Had a large order for several people at work and went inside to order. They were very patient and made sure they had everything right before I paid. This is a busy location but they keep the pace pretty well. Would visit here again. Great for groups or dining alone.

It's Arbys. It's hard to challenge something that works. Fast food. It's good. This store is clean and well kept. The staff works hard and ensures that the order is correct

Update: This Arby's site worked to make it right. I had a disappointing visit once, but the Arby will try again. I have a few vouchers in the mail because this Arby's location got a new look. One of the vouchers was for a free sandwich. I make a special trip to this Arby to get this sandwich. When I went through the drive, I was told that I can't use this coupon. She knew clearly what voucher I was referring to. I pointed out what the voucher has said and that it has not yet expired. Then I was told that the marketing team took it out of the register so they couldn't ring it. I said I have a good coupon that you know this didn't expire, and you gave me and I can't use it. She said yes. I moved out of the car thru and went home. I'm not upset with the woman who works the drive thru. I'm upset that Arby sent me coupons that I can't use. Do not give coupon that you are not willing to do well.

Pretty bad if you simply use the Drive-Thru order to make a simple 2 sandwiches. Chicken sandwich with bacon Swiss cheese salad and mayonnaise. Luckily I didn't go too far, a small piece of bacon without mayonnaise. then give them my food. They tried to fix it and gave it all to me cold again. That's a reason I always say I don't go through the drive. I guess this is fast food for you
