The locals know this is the best spot for wings! Great service and food portions are perfect. This is a must stop if you’re in town for a visit. What User doesn't like about Buffalo's Reef:
Normally this place has great food service and atmosphere, tonight we waited 45 min before asking to make out order to go and we would be waiting in our car as the room temp was so cold we were literally shivering. 10 min after going to our car the food was finally ready making a total 55 min preparation time. The wings at this restaurant are exceptional, the best in FWB. The service is quick and efficient for take-out orders. This is a great spot for a casual lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Buffalo Chicken Wings and Mango Habanero wings.
I read a lot of reviews about the wings before trying them. I really enjoy wings, so I ordered 15 and tried two different sauces - hot and fiery Thai. Both sauces were delicious. The chicken skin was crispy, which was a plus. There wasn't as much meat on the bones as I would have preferred, but overall it was a good place with good food. I dined in for dinner.
Brandy was fantastic as usual. The cost per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.
Sunday 14:00: Waited an hour for food--wings, which arrived cold and (at the same time) massively overcooked. The fries may have been hours old, and the server was dismissive and surly, when we were able to find her at all. It's a shame, BR used to be a favourite of ours.
