Pepito's Cafe - Fort Stockton

Typical Mex. That's not a bad thing, just not special. And I'm Ok with that. However, the service was absolutely abysmal. And it wasn't busy, a few tables at most. It was the day after Christmas but that is no excuse if you decide to be open for business. Hopefully this is just a one time lapse on their part.

Great food, great service, and just a really nice relaxed place to sit and have a meal.

They were short handed, but that didn't slow him down in serving good food on a giant plate..

Service was horrible the waiter was horrible never came hardly to check what we need other waiters had refills our drinks

I ordered fajitas without meat, and the cook was fantastic about accommodating my request and even asked if I wanted extra sweetness. The waitress was wonderful; she kept our drinks topped up and regularly checked in about the chips and food. My only complaint was that a young girl was asked to wipe our table, but she seemed distracted by her phone. The cleaning she did was only partly effective, leaving some bubbles, but I guess it was good enough. Overall, the rest of the staff was excellent. The food was hot and very well presented. I would definitely recommend this place!
