Maybe the best donut I've ever eaten. The dough melts with every bite. Now I have to stop when I get through Fort Stockton

Extremely good value for money. Had my first colach from here on a road trip and they were so good we were back on the way back through a week later. Service was friendly and the food was all really fresh and cheap much better than you get in big chain stores. The Boudin Roll thing was also really good and reminded me of a superior version of a spicy English Cornish Pasty in a sweet soft role. Wish the rest of the United States would get to the Kolach train as they are such a great food!
Their food is amazing! Perfect doughnuts they are the only place in FS that does them correctly! Service is always wonderful. Highly recommend them, on the weekends go early because they do sell out.
