I have been living in the hotel for 2 months, now the service is extremely amazing. Clean rooms, bathroom, beds etc. The owners Rob and Dana have a great personal touch with customers that is important. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pelican Rapids Inn:
A few days here. The Ac unit was stuffed with dust, it looks like it had never been cleaned. The carpets are all stained and old. The breakfast room was rarely always clean, but that could not be cleaned by other guests. Pretty outdated rooms, but it is expected for a distant location. The kitchen was barely cleaned and it was pretty fast dirty. I would rather have stayed in the wood Buffalo Inn, and highly recommend... View all feedback.

Nice hotel for the location. King bed, very comfortable, and the room came with microwave, mini fridge (with freezer compartment), plentiful offer of shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker and hot water boiler, along with sewing kit, shoe cleaning cloth, shaving toothbrush paste... You even have a nice small gift shop in the lobby
Terrible, terrible experience.... I had a kitchenette reserved. Upon arrival they decided to give me a room in a small building outside and away from the main building that looked unsure. After I insisted that I do not go there, they found a room in the main building to accredit me, promising, in a kitchenette in 2 days. I also accepted that. At 8AM I was awakened by sounds of large devices that beat and drill without any structural hints. I just accepted it. On day 2...sam 8AM noise, but this time the construction workers tried to remove my bedroom window. I was wrapped in sheets that were turned into the window and spoke to the man, he confirmed: Yes, we take Wimtow out! I called the office. I was dressed, didn't go to the office, said girls, they didn't tell you? I asked her. Did you tell me? What kind of hospitality in this hotel? Did the guest deserve that? I think people need to understand the meaning of SERVICE. This is so disturbing.
Could not of asked for better hospitality. Dana and her hotel staff were extremely friendly and super accommodating. I know where I’ll be staying anytime I’m in Fort Smith
