What Lia Guerra doesn't like about Anna's Home Cooking & Joan's Health & Fitness Club:
I've been here several times over the last year. The intention behind this establishment is good, but the execution sometimes lacks. While the North is expensive, this place is EXPENSIVE. View all feedback.
Excellent cuisine and Friendly Owner. Open for lunches, dinners and coffee at any time of day. Your may book a special catering request as well.

The best place to eat in Fort Smith. Ask for lunch specials if you want fast service. Otherwise you will have to wait a bit but you will get a freshly cooked home style meal. They have good diner options. My cedar plank fish was fantastic.
I walked in just a little before 10 am while they were setting up for the day. A warm greeting and "what can you get you?". "Food" I replied "I'm starving" Within 20 minutes, I was served the Frontier Breakfast. It was so good. I felt like I was sitting in my own kitchen. "What's for dinner" I asked. Anna provided me with a list of options and said that I could chose today's special. The list was impressive but my favourite dish was on that list. Jambalaya please. My dinner was amazing. A good portion of jambalaya, corn bread, and cesaer salad, all home made. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere warm and inviting. Cooking from scratch takes time but it's worth the extra few minutes.
Best to arrange you meal ahead, but if you're going to eat out in Ft. Smith, this is the best. she can be slow, but she's nice.
