Contribute Feedback What ?? RRI doesn't like about Dunkin':
Place is absolute slower than others. I went there two times but, they opened the drive-through only. I?ve been there 2 times and each time they have managed to mess up some part of my order. I ordered some doughnuts from the app,but they haven't. I asked them to refund me. But I still don't get refund yet. View all feedback.
Its like every time I order from Dunkin Donuts. They never have what I needed and they always want to try to substitute but thats not the case.
Never have any donuts and the coffee is always terrible
The service at this place is significantly slower than at other locations. I've been there twice, and each time the drive-through was the only option available. Unfortunately, both visits resulted in mistakes with my order. I ordered some doughnuts through the app, but they never received my order. I requested a refund, but I still haven't received it.
I was trying to place my order at the kiosk, but after I finished, I was informed that if I wanted donuts, I had to order at the counter instead. What’s the purpose of having a kiosk if that’s the case? Certain items were listed on the kiosk, but they were unavailable for order. Additionally, they kept getting orders wrong for other customers and had to keep going back to clarify what each person had ordered.
We noticed they were out of skim milk, which was okay, but they also forgot our donuts. The experience of standing at the counter while several employees walked back and forth, glancing at us without acknowledging our presence, was quite frustrating. After about the eighth time this happened, one of the employees finally asked what we needed. We won't be returning.
