Terrible staff. We ordered food, waited 40 min, and found out our order was lost and then waiting another 30 min for terrible food. We went for a 1920 's themed party, without any 1920 's themed music. Lol. Then, our final tab included other people orders. Turns out they couldn 't ring us right either. Nice building tho. Pros New building 15 new TV screens Lots of sports options on DirectTV Cons Extremely loud obnoxious music.(went from country to everything no theme volume appears to be on hearing damage level) Management did not turn music down upon request. In a sports bar one would think music would be off... No ESPN Basic menu choices Oddly uncomfortable chairs Understaffed Only one bathroom for the entire bar forgot one person's order (likely due to being undermanned)
Poorly staffed, single bathroom for all customers to take turns with, food came out cold and wasn?t good, and music was way too loud for the games they had on tv. Why bother showing sports if you can?t hear your buddy trash talking you? Dart board was placed in high traffic area so that?s an injury waiting to happen. This place high potential if they make a few adjustments as the space and TVs allow for an awesome sport viewing experience. Just fix these things.
Great place to hang out and watch the PPV UFC fights for $5. Good selection of adult beverages and food. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
The staff cannot keep up with the volume of people who go through this establishment. It?s a real shame due to the affiliation of MWR. The food took 2.5 hours and the ordering system is counter style defeating the purpose of a well defined bar. It?s hard to drink 4 beers and wait for the food or drink on an empty stomach. They would increase sales if the tempo was a lot different. Food sells drinks, feed them they drink more. For future rotations don?t waste your time or money here. For leaders bring your staff another place. Your staff is tired and hungry and this place cannot keep up. Further degrades overall morale. If you live on fort Polk and this is the only place you have to eat aside from Pizza Hut. God bless you, and I?m sorry.
