Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Pierce

More than 30 minutes in the drive wait for 2 smoothes with only 2 cars in front of me. will not return. huge waste of time.

Here is disgusting. like real. behind the counter where they prepare the smooth, there is a lower cabinet that was full of dirty water. the metal looked rusty. it also stood water, so that she knows that the villain and bug attack they have at this tropical smoothie location. it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and I just ended up loading. they had only 2 people, which means that this place is super under personal. the workers and managers/owners are simply not important. Anyway, I never come back to this place. the kitchen looked disgusting and they were super slow. oh, and the tip option in the register is laughing lol could not believe that they would disturb that there.

This tropical smoothie restaurant in the countryside is the worst. I have been here a few times and have had consistent issues. The drive-thru always takes at least 20 minutes, no matter what time of day. I usually place a mobile order online, but today the cafe was closed and only the drive-thru was open. I waited for 30 minutes without ever speaking to a person, even after pulling up to the window to inform them of my mobile order. I had to drive around the building from the drive-thru line to find employees standing outside the cafe chatting, and one hurried inside, likely off their shift, to retrieve my order. The smoothie was missing ingredients, and I suspect it had not been stored in a refrigerator during the wait as it was very watery. I would rate this experience as 0 out of 10.

The service is incredibly slow when taking food orders, often mixing up items such as straws, and the prices on the drive-thru menu are inaccurate.

Inside isn’t even open. And it’s gonna take you at least 15 in the drive through. Doesn’t matter if it’s just a smoothie. Hang tight
