Subway - Fort Pierce

I encountered the most unprofessional and impolite employees at this location. I initially thought it was just a one-time occurrence with a particularly unhappy employee, but each time I visited, the experience was consistently disappointing. The staff seemed lazy, rude, and unfriendly; their behavior was simply unprofessional. If you're looking for a good Subway experience, I recommend going to the one on Okeechobee near the turn.

While the restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, they actually close at 11 PM. I arrived at 10:55, just five minutes before closing, and the staff had me waiting in line. At 10:57, she regretfully announced that they were closed, all while attending to another customer. It was really disappointing to wait in line only to be left without help for a sandwich in such an inconvenient situation.

"This is the best sub sandwich I've had from Subway in years! Ke'jana Horton is fantastic! The staff and customers are friendly and welcoming. I ordered a ham and cheese sub, and the meat was piled perfectly on the roll. It had just the right amount of toppings, mayo, and oil and vinegar, giving it a nice swirl of flavor. The sandwich was perfectly roasted, warm, and had a delightful crispiness on the outside. I also appreciated that all safety protocols were strictly followed by this young lady during the pandemic. This attention to detail is a great asset for the company, as they are managing portion control and providing speedy service, which is definitely commendable! On a side note, I understand they may face challenges. It's essential to recognize that the workers are often doing the jobs of two people because some team members fail to show up. If they want to take a break, they should be allowed to. When the store is closed, it's usually due to staffing issues, and the dedicated employees shouldn’t be held accountable for that. The woman behind the counter was nice enough, but eating was really mediocre. in a few years I had not eaten in a subway and that was a reminder of why.

Subway open 24 hours. Unless they don't have staff, or they are on a unscheduled break, or there closed, or staff is in the building but nowhere to be found. If you are looking for consistency, come in pray and leave with food from the fas station. Their pizza is good.
