Not like it used to be. Order yourself, pick up food yourself, clean your table, and take trash. I don't mind any of that, but they want you to leave a tip. For who? I did it all but cook. It was not at all what I expected when I thought of eating at steak and shake. We were the only customers in the building the entire time we were there. There is no table service at this location. Everything is self serve. You order at the counter like you would at a fast food place. You make your drinks and have a sear while you wait on your food.
