Date: 04/21/23 Time: 5:40 PM During my last visit here, I ordered a frozen coffee but was given an iced coffee instead. I thought it was a simple mix-up, but unfortunately, the same thing happened again this time. I clearly said “frozen” to avoid any confusion, yet I received an iced coffee once again. While that alone would be acceptable, the issue arose when the employee confronted me and scolded me about the order. I believe it would be more constructive for her to check the surveillance footage rather than argue with customers. I feel strongly that I won’t return to this establishment, as I don’t want to accept whatever drink is handed to me or deal with this kind of service again. It seems more suited for customers who don’t mind being given whatever the cashier decides. If you think I am in the wrong, perhaps it's worth reviewing the footage of the incident, as it escalated unnecessarily. On a positive note, there’s a family-owned doughnut shop right next to Xtreme that I would recommend instead.
I’m really frustrated! I placed a DoorDash order not too long ago, and my dasher mentioned that the manager was quite rude to him. The manager claimed I only ordered a coffee, but I had also ordered two food items! This is completely absurd, and as a result, I only received my coffee and none of my food!
This Dunkin is 20 mins from my house one way and my wife gets the same order almost every day but I get attitude when I tell you it has too much ice and it 's too light in color?! You realize I pay for a service if I am dissatisfied with that service you as the provider of the service should fix it. The response I got was did you want no ice in your drink? When it should have been hey how are you what was wrong with your drink? I was blown away with the lack of southern hospitality and bare minimum customer care. I could have put the car in park and held of the line to give the same attitude I received but I was the adult and drove away.
