I had the yummy breakfast wrap, and it exceeded my expectations. It was huge. Normally I can clean off any plate but this was the rare exception, I took half to go and ate the rest for lunch. This place checks all the boxes for me: locally owned and operated, fresh homemade food, changing menu and the key to it all - great coffee. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Purple Door Cafe:
On my first visit to this cafe my expectations were high. The sandwich I ordered came on a plane white plate with no garnish, the plate was a bit greasy. The sandwich was good but the ambiance was not. In fairness it was a brand new cafe so possibly things have changed a bit since they opened. View all feedback.
Awesome choices of chocolate and inexpensive tooTotally recommend the creme brule and the champagne chocolates. I haven't tried their desserts yet.
Best bakery I have been to in the cityi had an eclaire with passion fruit custard that blew my mind and it's my favourite thing.
Yummy, freshly prepared cheese occupant (international, not deep fried as in the states). breakfast packages are freshly produced on order. coffee was good. better than thoseucks, but if they think that dieucks has a great coffee, they should probably not check coffee. family friendly with a beautiful atmosphere. it is located in a small town with an adjacent gift shop.
The muffins are tasteful and the latte are really good. unfortunately the place is illuminated by the flour steels and the music comes from a cracky radio. if they have only been converted into wall lamps and have some loudspeakers installed! the tables are perfect for boardgaming or laptop-ouing, but a little too formal for the relaxation. a large local effort that should be supported!
The coffee is not good at all and the atmosphere is not very warm or cozy.
