As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in my fare share of Courtyards around the country. They are usually hit or miss! This one is very average. Shame on you Marriott. My parents reserved a handicap room with a roll in shower because my mother cannot walk or stand without the use of a walker. You made no effort to accommodate her when her room was incorrect. You did not offer to find her a new hotel nor did you compensate her for the inconvenience as she could not shower for 2 days.
