Bj's Brewhouse - Feedback

What Dena Peregrin doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse:
the chicken was raw. our food took about 1 hour to come out, even though there was about 2 other people in there, and we didn’t receive any table service from the waitress. we didn’t receive any napkins or silverware when seated, so when we received food and had to wait about 5-10minutes for waitress to finally come to our table and give us silverware. I first discovered BJ's Brewhouse literally the night before I moved away from New York and was so sad I wouldn't be able to return, so imagine my delight when I saw there was a BJ's in my new hometown of Fort Myers!
