I have to say that margot is great that she is really the best. never had this experience at any other Taco bell, she takes care of the register while she is ordering her and then she goes to the tables to ask if everything is good and if she need anything else. she is very sweet and really takes care of the customer I have beaten by margot. all other taco bell’s should train at margot’s customer service. this 5 star... What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
A man looked around and noticed that the staff had completely vanished. There was no one at the counter or in the prep area, so he decided to leave. Where did they go? The bathroom wasn’t even clean, which is concerning. What’s the point of taking names for orders if they just leave the food sitting on the counter unattended? It seems like anyone could just grab a bag of food and walk away. View all feedback.
Came to the drive through just now at 520 pm on a Friday and Manager did not show up. There where 3 very nice people inside the dining room I still closed they told me if I could wait 10 to 15 mins so they might get the green light to make me a burrito. Feel horrible for the crew how come a manager does not have a back up plan and leave his team hanging with no support
Service was terrible. The workers had the worst attitude. The tacos we ordered barely had any meat on them.
I ordered a deluxe cravings box and instead of telling me that that item was discontinued they instead just gave me something else without specifying what i was getting. I called them and they told me oh she asked you if it was right and you said yeah but they didnt even do that. This used to be my favorite taco bell to go to in the area, whenever i felt like getting taco bell, but this is the first time ive been disappointed by the food and appalled at the customer service. Im not going out of my way to be treated like trash again.
What can i say other than you just don't get good service anywhere these days. You telll them they messed up and they get an attitude. Not so fast food for not so great service. You're not rushing so why forget my items?
Horrible taco pizza almost nothing on it and so soggy you couldn't eat it
