My husband and I visited Summerlin Cafe for a late lunch, and there were only a few other patrons there. I thought this was beneficial because it meant the chef wouldn’t be rushed. Breakfast Sunday morning early. Had the Vegan Skillet- excellent! The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. The waitress was efficient and checked back a couple of times to see if everything was OK. If you’re in the area I would recommend you stop in!
