Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Mill

This place must change. it was absolutely disgusting in as the garbage flows over the 2 girls on this front had boyfriend there just hanging out in the front lobby just never talk back to the place! I love tropical smoothie, but this place is terrible. the tables were so sticky that our wrappers were stuck to the table. the floors were also disgusting. but I will say that the food was good and the smoothes. Please do better.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant recently. I went in for a drink, as I do every day, and ordered two small cups. I was surprised that the staff didn’t inform me that they had run out of their usual cups. The small cups they provided didn’t match the standard ones at all. It's important for businesses to communicate with their customers, and this lack of transparency felt quite greedy.

I ordered a Detox Island smoothie today, and I encountered an issue I’ve never faced before. As I was drinking it, I found blonde hair in my mouth, which was both unacceptable and disgusting. I tried to call the restaurant to report the problem, but they didn’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this place again—it’s really not okay. There were only about 4 or 5 people there, so they had no excuse to ignore my calls. Never again!

I accidentally placed an order at this café while on vacation in Tennessee. I tried calling them five times to cancel the order, but no one answered the phone. I hope they can be more responsive next time.

I went to pick up my order , keep in mind I?m an African American female . They wouldn?t open the door for me being that they closed early , understandable. Another woman pulls up beside me to pick up her order. The lady who pulled up was Caucasian just as all 3 of the workers were. The lady walks to the door and knocks just as I did. One of the same workers who ignored me behind the closed door, opened it for the lady and proceeded to answer her questions. I went back to the door and knocked again once they finished their conversation. The workers stood in the back of the store laughing and looking at me knock purposely ignoring me again . Finally after of few minutes of what seem to be them trying to taunt me , one of the workers walked to the door to see what I need. I respectfully asked her what was the difference between the lady getting the same answer they could?ve given me moments before . She didn?t have an answer ? The only answer I have is that they are all racist . Sadly this is the world we live in. So African Americans for the BEST service please do not order here .
