Jimmy John's - Fort Mill

I really enjoy Jimmy John's! Every time I visit, the staff is entertaining and brightens my day. The sandwiches are delicious, but it's the staff that truly makes the place special. Unfortunately, some other customers can be quite disrespectful to the staff and to me, which is why I gave it 4 stars. For instance, one customer interrupted me while I was placing my order to ask where the napkins were and had the audacity to huff at me, claiming they would order after handling their request.

Avocado and guacamole are not the same thing. When your menu advertises avocado, I expect to see fresh avocado slices, not mushy, bland, brown guacamole. There’s a clear difference! As a manager, it’s unacceptable to dismiss a customer’s concern when they offer to return incorrect sandwiches. Instead of addressing the issue, you stood by while your delivery driver hovered around—completely unhelpful—while I was juggling my newborn and dealing with electricians working in my house. Furthermore, when I asked about cucumbers, I was met with a condescending response and a claim that there would be extras. This is misleading advertising and reflects poor customer service.

The sandwich was tasty, but the staff seemed rather indifferent. Not one of them acknowledged me when I walked in. Once they completed their current tasks, they just wandered off, and I had to raise my voice to remind them I had placed an order. They appear to be well-trained in their duties, but it’s as if they forget about the customers right in front of them. It’s a bit odd to see them pull out their phones while ignoring patrons.

The store is fast and things are fresh, but when I order guacamole on my sandwich (and pay extra) and have to find the sandwich, I feel like I was torn off. On the other hand, if you need salad, I have a lot to share here. Better JJ.

The workers are attractive but always seem out of it. They never have day old bread. : Subs are always good and well made.
