Bojangles - Fort Mill

I visited this place yesterday asked for big fresh fries. They were really nice to make them fresh. The fries were delicious. I would like to mention that this was an employee of black women who were friendly, timely and requested the service. It is important to emphasise the good we do. Thank you.

Great food, fast. But aren't seasoned fries?! Please season your fries?

Not very many people are aware of this, but this store is known at corporate as a Champions Store. Only the best and brightest trainees are allowed to work here. The other store is the store in Starmount. It is definitely staffed by the A-Team of Bojangles employees. The food is always hot fresh and tasty and you can tell how much pride they take in their product. I refuse to even consider using coupons at the store because I think it might be perceived as insulting by this group of exceptional, hard-working, and professional folks!

Typical Bojangles very slow, although a long wait fries were cold and hard. I asked for bbq sauce didn't tell me they didn't have any until she was about to hand me the food they must have been out of ketchup also as they didn't give me any of that either. Fountain drinks were flat. They are way over priced for the quality of their food.

Im a loyal Bojangles customer , lately service has been very poor. Sometimes there?s a great staff but other times it?s terrible, the manager a Lady interrupted the associate taking my order , she sounded rude and said the place was not Popeyes just because I asked for a side of rice and a side of beans. No ketchup nor honey mustard was offered or in the box. As I said, sometimes service is great but I assume the evening shift staff and Lady manager are not liking their job too much making them not give a great customer experience!!!
