Made the mistake of going again tonight and the food was bad. Guess when there isn't anyone else eating there and chicfila was packed it should have been a hint. Love some Bojangles but avoid this one.

We arrived at Bojangles just 10 minutes before closing, and while other places were already shut, they were still open. The young cashier provided excellent ser... read more We arrived at Bojangles just 10 minutes before closing, and while other places were already shut, they were still open. The young cashier provided excellent service with a genuine smile, which I truly appreciated. This kind of friendly service is hard to find these days, and even at closing time, he made my evening. Plus, the food was still delicious right up until the end. I would definitely recommend Bojangles and plan to return.

There’s always an issue: I asked for unsweetened tea and got a gallon of sweet tea instead; orders are often wrong, sauces are missing, and today, after waiting half an hour for our Family Box, we found that they had dumped nearly an entire seasoning bottle all over the fries—completely inedible.
