Reasonable range of beers on tap, although promoting Guinness this is not really an Irish pub.Classic brasserie type offering, my Supreme pizza was a fully loaded 30cm effort which despite being hungry I didn't finish. Family of 5, 5 mains, 3 desserts and a few drinks came to €124.Happy to visit again. Nothing special but a good solid restaurant.
Lovely French bar and bistros, friendly staff and plenty of choice beers and shorts. Food is excellent and priced reasonable. We will be back.
We ate here one evening. 14 of us in total and this did not give them a problem. All tastes catered for even my Ceoliac wife who was delighted with her specially prepared gluten free dinner. It does help if you try to speak French but the menu is bilingual to a degree. The food ranges from mussels to burgers and steak with great pasta dishes. Not at all expensive and worth a visit if you have fussy kids.
We intended to have lunch at La Mouette, but it was full (Sunday!) and so directed to the pub adjacent. Clearly under the same management as there was a common entrance. Though the ambience was very different, the menu was the same. Ambience was a pub, not bad but not as relaxing as the restaurant. The food was very good, particularly the sole. Most diners were having moules which seemed copious and enjoyable. Wine selection limited but ok, Service attentive even if rushed. Probably not the first place to return to.
We went there on May 18, 2014 based on the recommandation of a friend. The service was VERY BAD (the host sitting people waiting in lines did not want to sit 3 people so he passed us twice for 2 * 2 people or 4 people and when I told him it was not normal, he told us that he could place people as he wished and that if we were unhappy we could go to MacDonald, there were enough people waiting to insure that all tables will be used)!. Please note that one of my friends was showing the visible sign of her battle with cancer (near baldness) and he did not care at all. She later reported the rudeness of the host to the owner. The food was average, the mussels were overcooked or reheated and the French fries were soft and tasteless. The mayonnaise served into packets left in the sun all day long was liquid.Only one waitress was nice.I refused to eat anything else and got my dessert somewhere else.NEVER AGAIN.
