Phobu is my late night stop whenever I'm hungry and I just have that craving for some pho. Honestly everything else they have on the menu is tasty too. Service is grade A and I can't help always going back. If you're in Fort Lee, you should definitely stop by. View all feedback.
One weekend, we saw an advertisement for Restaurant Week in Fort Lee, NJ. It is not in the same way the NYC restaurant week is done… Most places just had some discount on some items. This spot that offered 2-course meal, a bit similar to NYC restaurant week offers. They are open early, but with limited staff. We arrived before 10am, and it was almost empty. We were greeted by a friendly and courteous staff immediately. This place is kind of Korean-Vietnamese, we received a complimentary Kimchi. Many Korean dishes or food with Korean twist. We got Porkbelly Bun as our RW appetizer. It was actually much better than I expected it to be! For main, we ordered Pho with Brisket and Flank, and Bacon Kimchi Fried Rice. The portion was really nice and large. Pho tasted very clean, light and flavorful. Kimchi fried rice came piping hot, spicy, and very tasty. They also had a side item on the RW menu, Kimchi Bulgogi Fries. It sounded good, so we ordered this one too. A bit smaller in portion than I thought, but it was meaty and very satisfying. Addictive and tasty! The food was great, and the price was even better! We really enjoyed them all. The staff was polite and attentive. Great find!

The owners are amazing and super personable. Great place to get some late-night munches. Besides the Pho, you should definitely try the Kimchi Bulgogi Fries and the Pork Belly Buns. You won’t regret it!
Best Pho in Fort Lee. I went there my first time for Fort Lee restaurant week. The pho was tasty and in good amount. The medium size pho is even more than the other Pho restaurant in Fort Lee. The appetizer porkbelly bun is great. The environment is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice. The even have lots of parking lot. I will definitely come back again for more Pho and Korean ShamBu.
This slick, modern Korean restaurant that serves on-the-table Korean BBQ, surprised us bybthebqualoty of their Vietnamese Phó (pronounced 'Fa ' which is a big bowl of rice noodles in broth and meats. Slightly less than authentic, it was delish!
