I generally enjoy Popeyes and appreciate the location in North Miami, but this particular restaurant needs serious improvement. Fast food should prioritize convenience, yet returning multiple times just to get what I paid for is frustrating. It's baffling that they twice ran out of ketchup. Drive thru very quick and efficient service. It's Popeye's.... great chicken and what else can you say.
