I generally enjoy Popeyes and appreciate the location in North Miami, but this particular restaurant needs serious improvement. Fast food should prioritize convenience, yet returning multiple times just to get what I paid for is frustrating. It's baffling that they twice ran out of ketchup. Good huh, but really slow service. 3. in line in the drive thru and took easily 15 minutes to get food.
Drive thru very quick and efficient service. It's Popeye's.... great chicken and what else can you say.
They cook it to perfection... The breading on the chicken is so crunchy, I jus can't get enough....and the butterfly shrimp box is awesome.... A must try...
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich combo and got a hair that's not mine cause my hair is a dark red and the sandwich has extra mayo I tried calling I don't know if someone picked up cause the call was silent
The chicken was fresh and under cooked. That's why I prefer to cook my own food. So sad in the morning going to get a refund.
