The first time I went I got the Berry Sunset Mojito (excellent strong), the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. The food wasso fresh flavorful. Second time I got the Greek Omelet, Cheddar Grits a Biscuit. If I didn't live so far I would visit moreoften.

They also serve excellent coffee and have a fantastic drinks menu, which enhances the upscale ambiance. One of the best features for us was how dog-friendly the restaurant is; we saw several well-mannered dogs enjoying the space, complete with bowls of water available for them!

The pancakes were incredible, the eggs Benedict were exceptional, and our drinks were simply delightful! The service was superb, and the atmosphere was charming. I suggest making a reservation for brunch, as it can get busy, but we didn't have to wait too long. I strongly recommend this spot for a lovely brunch in Fort Lauderdale!

You must try the banana bread French toast; the mango compote takes it to a whole new level. I also love the taco eggs, which are like a breakfast burrito, and the salsa on them is absolutely delicious. I sampled the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Chai and was pleasantly surprised; it wasn’t overly sweet but still had a wonderful flavor. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!

You will be notified by text when your... read more We had a lovely late Sunday morning breakfast at Java Jam on Las Olas. We were promptly greeted and put on the waitlist. You will be notified by text when your table is ready. Be prepared to wait here. It is always busy. You will find seating inside and out on the covered patio.The food and coffee were both tasty, the service was excellent and in spite of so many people waiting, we did not feel rushed. They serve Wells Coffee and the iced Creme Brûlée Cappuccino was out of this world! We had a steak and egg dish with Parmesan truffle fries that was delicious along with a fresh and scrumptious avocado toast.There is paid parking on the street and in nearby lots. Download the parking app as it makes it much easier in and around the city!

I particularly enjoyed dining beneath the vine-covered trellis, which provided pleasant shade. Although I appreciate that the restaurant welcomes dogs, I was a bit bothered by the dog hair on the seat cushions at our table. It would be great if the staff could use a lint roller on the cushions when clearing tables.

I ordered the Taco Eggs, paired with a Cheddar Biscuit, while my fiancée chose the Lachs Pad. Our meal was absolutely delightful—we finished every bite! The standout for me was the thick-cut bacon, which was cooked to perfection. I loved the atmosphere; it was relaxed and airy, with just the right amount of background noise. The place had that classic diner feel combined with the vibrant energy of Las Olas. I'd definitely come back in a heartbeat! The highlight of our experience, however, was the service. I ordered the banana bread French toast, which was essentially banana bread cut into slices. It wasn’t what I expected, but I still found it enjoyable. Our server, Harrison, was amazing! His service was excellent; even with many tables to manage, he greeted us warmly and made sure our water and food came out quickly. If you go, I highly recommend requesting Harrison as your server. The hostess even mentioned that we were in great hands. He was very kind and truly enhanced our dining experience. You could see how much he takes pride in his work—he waited for our food to be served before checking in to see how we were doing. He is one of the best servers I’ve ever had, and my husband and I will definitely return because of the wonderful experience he provided. Java and Jam, if you read this review, please consider giving him a raise!
