Chili's Grill - Fort Hood

I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but I was very dissatisfied. The bone-in wings chicken was raw. The black bean veggie fajitas were dry and cold, the rice was hard. Also, the guacamole was grey-brown.

Four stars for that slippery axx floor. Food was good though. Good lunch selections. Didn't have any cocktails, but you can purchase them here. Lots of space for parking, and it wasn't packed as I thought it would be. Located on Fort Hood's military installation. Hardly any wait time during my visit.

The staff is very short handed. You have to wait 15 minutes to get a table.. Only one side of the restuarant is being utilized for patrons. The waitress only came by twice within 45 minute time frame and the second time she came by was to give me my bill.

The service was fair. The table they sat us was dirty had not been cleaned. Further the floor was sticky as well. The food was ok. It was nothing special. Look carefully at the dirty table... smh

Hello everyone! So everyone here kept saying were low staff? But they have enough waitress n waiter. It took 15 to 20 min for my drink. Can't blame the kitchen on that one. N remind u. I ended up leaving a nice tip anyway. Which I got turned the cold shoulder on. as if thou it didn't matter. By one of the waitress. What I admire most. Just in general, was the whole teamed backed each other up. Which was a good plus! Gotta have team work. Now I left this one star here because I felt like a Guinn pig being used for the newest waitress. Maybe cuase I came in by myself, not sure. But there was no customer edicate. at all. I only left a good tip to her because of the whole team. I left the restaurant feeling like I was just another count. And that's not cool. I shouldn't have to feel that way. With that said continue to pick each other up and please continue to look after ur most unexperience waitress/waiter so that u all may flourish and become better and better every day at a time.
