What Norene Kautzer doesn't like about Backbone Nco Lounge:
I didn't drink so I don't know what their drinks are like, but the food is absolute trash. It kind of has an overall dive bar musty feeling. I definitely wouldn't want to put anything on the floor. They show UFC fights for free though so that's cool. And they're within walking distance of the barracks. View all feedback. What Norene Kautzer likes about Backbone Nco Lounge:
A nice place to host a gathering or event, with a nice setup. The bartender, although sweet and accommodating, did not have a very good grasp of liquors or how to tend bar. But, overall it was a good experience. The retirement ceremony I was there for was well facilitated. View all feedback.

A little run down. Not near as nice as Club Hood. Reminds me of a dive bar.
