Description

Dunkin’ in Fort Edward offers a varied experience, as patrons note both the delicious menu items and the challenges encountered during visits. Popular choices include Iced Lattes, Wake Up Wraps, and delectable donuts, with many appreciating the quality of the food. However, service can be hit or miss; long wait times, occasional rudeness from staff, and issues with order accuracy frequently mar the experience. While ample parking is available, concerns about staffing and efficiency persist. Despite these drawbacks, loyal customers remain drawn to the coffee, often returning for the satisfying offerings that keep them coming back.

Just went through this morning for three items and waited 20 minutes which I’m patient on the time I understand. I’m not OK with is the girl- Krysta Or whoever her name was doing, the window was so rude and unprofessional to a customer. No customer service skill whatsoever. Funny thing is I applied there probably a month ago and they said that I was going to get a call back and never called me, Tried reaching out, they ghosted me for whatever reason I would be a delight for anybody that I work for especially customer service industry.. What a shame that their quality of people has gone to crap. Do better Dunkin..
