Wing Shack Fort Collins

ITS LONG BUT NECESSARY. Okay, so first, my experience didn't go so well. I called for a problem with the voucher, I was told that they can't help me unless I went to the store, but I'm sick so I didn't feel that exposure was necessary. Anyway, I said whatever, forget the discount, I'll just order online. Well, idk what happened, but the site decided my card was unworthy, and would not accept or save it. About 1 hour later, and several different attempts I was absolutely about IT! I called and spoke to the same young lady and she was polite and patient, but my patience had expired and so I went to mgmt. The manager was EXTREMELY professional, he heard never once interrupted, and when he spoke he was understanding and had zero “annoyance” in his voice, which is a very rare event in these days. When I gave up my order, the call was suddenly stopped... I had a loss of words back then. I just hanged and called back. He immediately apologized for the interruption and communicated PROFESSIONALLY with another employee that he will take care of and hang up my call (assuming he probably calls me back). ZACH is an excellent example of who should lead a profitable business. A 1 STAR REVIEW TO A 5! That's exactly what he did. They are the smallest things that can make or break a business, and Zach will be an integral part of the continued success of your restaurant. I bid on and won a gift card for the wing shack at a school silent auction. We love wings, but had never been to a wing shack before so we were excited to check it out. My daughter and I were in town today, so we decided to stop in. We tried the garlic hot and the dry rub cajun wings, green chili cheese french fries and the shishimi peppers. We wanted to try it all since we had never been here...and we loved it all! The wings were great, my daughter said the fries were awesome and I LOVED the shishimi peppers!!! OMG those were the bomb!!! I almost ordered another batch to take home :D The employess were all very friendly and helpful and the place was clean and neat. We will definitely be back!!! Been meaning to try this place out for a while and they didn't disappoint. Both bone in and boneless wings and other sides along with a variety of sizes and sauces. Nice size dining room along with a handful of beers on tap. Have to say the staff was very professional in taking my order, wings were good.

Good wings at a fair price, hard to go wrong. The thing that really helps this place shine is the service. Trying to patch together an order when we only half knew what we wanted. Amazing service helped us figure it out with a smile on. As if it actually was a pleasure to help out. Extremely rare anymore. Thanks!

A bit pricey for wings and a fourth of each order included wings so small they didn't count as a bite. But the staff was very kind and helpful. Sauces were tasty and they are generous with the ranch! Crinkle cut fries are fantastic!
