Papa Johns Pizza - Fort Collins

I waited for an hour for my order from this restaurant, even though I was initially told it would only take 39-49 minutes. The tracker showed that Doordash had picked up my order almost 30 minutes ago. When I called the restaurant and finally got through to someone, they assured me that my order was on its way and said they would call back if I didn't receive it in 10 minutes. However, as soon as I hung up, the tracker updated with a new driver's name and a new estimated time of arrival, which was another hour of waiting. I decided not to wait any longer and ordered pizza from a different place instead. I'm glad I made that choice because even after my pizza was delivered from the other place, there was still no sign of my order from this restaurant. When I called customer service to request a refund, they informed me that the order had already been marked as completed without any explanation. Lesson learned - stay away from this place because of their complete incompetence.

My girlfriend left my house because I used the last of the garlic sauce on the last slice of bread instead of saving it for her toast, which I was unaware of.

I ordered on 4/17/2022 at 2:00 o'clock. I will deliver pictures that you should see. I believed the parmesan philly cheesesteak papadia that was a mistake. don't get the papadia! the papadia was anorexic. it had hardly done anything to do with the meat itself. the Parmesan chest was just a few pieces of burned cheese that had no taste on an already excessively floury dough. I didn't even cost it. it's in the rubbish where it belongs. I also have a filled crust pfefferoni pizza. the cheese in the crust tastes plastic-y and overall it is only a very underwhelming pizza. it's one of the worst and most boring pizzas I've ever had. Beyond that, my order came with two garlic sauces, which were fortified strangely. the best way to describe it is that it saw and tasted like a strange lukewarm mayonnaise-butter paste. it wasn't good. the whole experience was not good. I know, personally, I will never interfere with papa john’s again.
